For practising doctors & clinic owners

Your front desk, on the number your patients already have.

Patients message your clinic's WhatsApp number and book themselves. You get one live queue, one patient record, and reminders that send without anyone remembering to.

No Meta business approval. No message templates to get cleared. No per-message fee.

Press play to watch a patient book themselves — the whole booking, start to finish.

No app, no login — and you wrote every word the assistant says.

What it is

Three ways in. One queue. One record.

Patients arrive through whichever door suits them. You only ever look at one list.

Most patients

WhatsApp

They message the number already in their phone. Your assistant answers, offers real slots, books it. No app, no signup, no password.

For the organised

The patient app

Sign in with a one-time code, browse doctors, book for a family member, cancel within the window you allow.

Your existing site

A chat bubble

One line of code on the clinic website you already have. Same assistant, same calendar, same records.

1

Booked, with a token

Straight into your queue. A double tap never makes a second booking.

2

Reminder queues itself

Timed off that appointment. Reschedule and it moves; cancel and it goes.

3

You consult

Status moves through your own stages. The clinical note attaches to the visit.

4

Follow-up sends itself

Off the end of the visit — feedback, review date, or a nudge to rebook.

Inside the app

Your clinic day, on one screen

Captured from the running application, not illustrated. Three screens carry a whole working day.

Patient Queue · Dr. Ananya Menon · Thursday OPD Live
The Patient Queue screen: ten patients listed by token number with name, age, contact, venue, appointment time and an editable status dropdown showing Waiting, In consultation, Sent for tests, Seen and No-show.

Swipe the screen to see the rest

  • Token order, not arrival order. The room stops arguing about whose turn it is.
  • Status is one dropdown. Waiting → In consultation → Seen, in the stages you named.
  • Filter the day down. By date, status, venue or reason.

The doctor

Sets availability per location, runs the queue, writes the clinical note, controls the assistant.

The front desk

Books walk-ins on a patient's behalf, tags patients, messages today's whole list — and never opens a clinical note.

The patient

Books on WhatsApp, or signs in with a one-time code to manage visits for the whole family.

Captured from the application with example patient data. No real patient information appears on this page.

Why this one

Four things other booking apps don't do

WhatsApp on your own number

Scan a QR code the way you'd link WhatsApp Web, and the number your patients already have becomes a booking assistant. No business-account application, no template waiting on approval, no charge per message.

Live in about two minutes

You write the conversation

Drag blocks onto a canvas and join them: send a message, offer choices, branch on an answer, book the slot. Edit a draft while the live assistant keeps working, publish when you're happy, roll back in one click if it doesn't land.

No developer, no ticket, no wait

Reminders anchored to the visit

Not "Tuesday at six" — one day before, or two hours after it ends. It works out the timing per patient. Reschedule and the reminder moves with it; cancel and it disappears.

The single biggest lever on no-shows

Stages named the way your clinic talks

Not just Booked / Completed / Cancelled. Define your own — Waiting, In consultation, Sent for tests, Report pending — each with its own colour on the queue screen.

What it saves

Put your own numbers in

Move the sliders. The right-hand side is what an average month costs you at those numbers, and how much of it a booking assistant gets back.

Your clinic

Ringing, finding a slot, writing it down, confirming.

If you've never measured it, most clinics guess low.

Straight answers

The questions doctors actually ask

Do I need a separate phone or a new number?
No. Ai Appointment links to the clinic number you already use, the same way WhatsApp Web does. The phone stays yours and keeps working normally — you can still read and reply to any conversation by hand.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
You edit the conversation and publish a new version. If that turns out worse, roll back to the previous one in a click — the live assistant is never left broken while you work on a draft.
Can I still squeeze in a regular patient beyond the slot limit?
Yes. The per-slot cap is a guardrail for patients booking themselves; you and your staff can book past it. The software advises — the clinic decides.
My staff aren't technical. Is that a problem?
The front desk uses three screens: find a patient, book on their behalf, and today's list. It runs in a browser on whatever computer is already at the counter, with nothing to install.
Who can see my clinical notes?
You. Clinical notes are stored separately from booking notes and the front-desk role cannot reach them — enforced on the server, not merely hidden on screen. Each clinic's data also sits on its own.
